Returns / Cancellations

Custom-Made Grillz:

Grillz are custom-made and therefore generally non-refundable.

Cancellations are only possible as long as the work has not yet been submitted to the dental lab.

Once production has begun, grillz cannot be fully refunded.

For orders that have already been started, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund, depending on the progress of production.

DIY Kits:

DIY kits can only be returned unopened and unused.

For hygiene and safety reasons, kits that have already been opened or used are non-refundable.

Dental Products & Accessories:

Unopened dental jewelry products (gems) and unopened accessories for attaching the gems can be returned within 14 days.

Opened dental products are non-refundable.
